Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter-A-Peel and OPI Glitter Off
OPI is going to be launching Glitter Off within the coming months which is supposed to be a base coat that you use under heavy glitter polishes to literally peel it from your nails without damage instead of the foil method or the glue method as a base coat along with other ways to get glitter from your nails.
I bought Glitter-A-Peel not long ago from Nail Pattern Boldness, which is an indie company and the first that I know of to have this kind of base coat that isn’t a bottled glue method. I have yet to try it but I’ve seen and heard amazing reviews. It will most likely be under my next manicure to try out. I may pick up OPI’s to see the difference and compare.
I like supporting indie brands, so I might stick with the original for that reason as it’s so important to support the smaller companies, especially when they are going against big ones like OPI.
I mentioned that some indies had been listed as a fancy base coat but were only found out to be the glue method in a packaged bottle. Glitter-A-Peel is NOT that at all. It’s not 3-free, which some people may take issue with but I have no issues as I won’t use it often, as I don’t have full on glitter often.
I’m going to have to see the reviews and things about the OPI Glitter off before considering as, like I mentioned, I think I’m going to stick to the indie on this one.Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter-A-Peel and OPI Glitter Off
